This time is set aside at Frankfurt Crossfit to practice Olympic Weightlifting. For those who wish to spend more time on their Olympic Weightlifting technique & strength, we offer a dedicated class for any member to come in and focus 100% on practicing lifts under the guidance of coaches experienced in Weightlifting. A typical class will focus on the progression of 1 or 2 different Olympic lifts, including warm up and cool down. In addition, there will be a short workout complementary with the lift portion of the day.
