If you are interested in competing in the sport of CrossFit, you will love this class! We will practice higher-level skills while creating an environment that helps you get out of your comfort zone. You will also be exposed to a larger variety of movements, including odd objects and non-conventional equipment (fat bar). This class is not for beginners. Prerequisites include that you need to be proficient in most of the movements in CrossFit. This class lasts 90 minutes.
