Ensuring our members' safety is the most important goal at Frankfurt CrossFit. If you are new to CrossFit, we require you to take our four-class group fundamentals course to teach you the basic movements in CrossFit. This includes weightlifting and gymnastic (bodyweight) movements as well as conditioning elements such as Rowing, Bike or SkiErg.
In groups of four to six participants, one of our experienced and certified coaches will walk you through the basics. Once you complete the fundamentals course, you will be able to participate in the daily CrossFit classes as well as other classes, such as Olympic Weightlifting (Oly) or Gymnastics.
